PURPOSE: A motherboard of an organic electroluminescence display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent static electricity generated by a third shorting bar from being inserted to a display area of the panel and to reduce probability to generate a bad pixel. CONSTITUTION: A first shorting bar(110) is formed on a plurality of organic electroluminescence display panels. The first shorting bar is formed in the same material as both electrodes of the organic electroluminescence display device. A second shorting bar covers a display area of the organic electroluminescence display panels. The second shorting bar is formed as a gate line. A third shorting bar(116) is formed in a mesh shape. The third shorting bar is formed as a data line.
