摘要 PURPOSE: An in-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device is provided to compensate for a phase difference. CONSTITUTION: A light compensating layer(200) is located on an external surface of a second substrate. The light compensating layer is made of a transparent inorganic film. The transparent inorganic film has a uniaxial crystallization feature. A first polarization plate(119a) is formed on an external surface of a first substrate. A second polarization plate(119b) is located on the light compensating layer.
