PURPOSE: An information transferring system for electronic payment between terminals using an image code is provided to transmit electronic payment information including access information of a card company server for payment approval from a first terminal to a second terminal. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal(11) of a user starts electronic payment by selecting a credit card of a specific card company and an option for product purchase. A second terminal(12) of the user generates payment request information. A shopping mall server(13) provides a page which the first terminal of the user accesses. The shopping mall server selects a product through the page and starts the electronic payment. A card company server(14) performs payment approval of a card company selected by the first terminal.
