The case (2) has a middle (4) to house a movement to drive display units e.g. hour hand (10) and minute hand (12), against a central display zone (14) of the case. A bezel (18) is removably arranged at the periphery of the zone, such that the bezel is interchangeable. The middle and the bezel comprise opposing surfaces respectively extending on circular portions coaxial to the bezel and defining a notch for assuring a removable assembly of the bezel on the middle such that the bezel rotates freely with respect to the middle. A disk-shaped display element (24) displays predefined information. An independent claim is also included for a timepiece and additional accessory assembly.
