PURPOSE: Fried chicken using mixed powder of cheese and almonds, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the taste and the nutrition of the chicken. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fried chicken using mixed powder of cheese and almonds comprises the following steps: cutting the chicken into the predetermined size(S100); aging the chicken in a fat-soluble vitamin extract(S110); pouring water to chicken powder for kneading to obtain batter; coating the cut chicken with the batter, and frying the coated chicken(S120, S130); and coating 400 parts of fried chicken by weight with the mixed powder of cheese and almonds(S150). The mixed powder of cheese and almonds contains chicken powder, cheese powder, mozzarella cheese, and the almonds.
