[Class 141] A single-use diaper is formed from a sheet of paper 5 having a wide portion 6 and narrower portion 7 joined by a curved waist 8, to which sheet absorbent material 11, held in position by gauze 12,.is secured. In use, the part 7 is passed up between the legs to cover the abdomen, and the side lobes 9, 10 of the portion 6, which covers the back, are folded over it. The diaper is secured by means of an adhesive tape 13, which, until used, is covered by a protective srip 14. |
