The shoe (1) has an outer sole assembly (2) including a contact surface (8) that includes a support portion (31) comprising a subdivision (32) bordering a front end (5) from a lateral side (6) to a medial side (7) and another subdivision (33) extended from the former subdivision and from the lateral side in respective directions toward a rear end (4) and the medial side in a metatarsal zone (23). The surface has another support portion (34) extended from the subdivisions in the directions. An average friction coefficient of the former support portion is greater than that of the latter portion. The support portion is realized in the form of synthetic material layer.
