ZINC SLAG ATOMIZING PLANT OF CONTINUATION OPERATION METHOD AND ZINC SLAG BALL

PURPOSE: A zinc slag treating device and a zinc slag ball formed by the same are provided to produce zinc slag balls while collecting waste heat without the danger of explosion. CONSTITUTION: A zinc slag treating device comprises a turn dish(2), a gas jetting nozzle(4), and a waste heat recovering system(7). The turn dish drops melted slag from a zinc smelt fumer evenly. The gas jetting nozzle scatters the melted slag into droplet state of slag balls. The waste heat recovering system is installed in the ceiling for collecting high temperature heat from the scattered droplet state slag balls.
