PURPOSE: A laser monitoring camera is provided to include a device capable of fine adjustment, thereby remotely adjusting back focus of a laser irradiator. CONSTITUTION: A communicating unit(210) receives a driving signal from a center. A laser optical cable(220) supplies a laser beam. Zoom lens(230) change the laser beam to laser light of a wide viewing angle and lights a subject. A coupling block(240) combines the laser optical cable in the zoom lens A moving state(250) is located in a bottom of the coupling block and minutely moves the coupling block. A driving unit rotates a motor according to the driving signal and minutely controls an axis of the moving stage.
