The device (1) has Cardan joints (4, 5) operatively connected in series. A sliding part connecting the Cardan joints is displaced in a direction radial to a rotational axis (a) to set a desired degree of nonuniformity of transmission of rotational movement of a drive shaft. The Cardan joints are arranged in a range of axial extension of the rotational axis in neutral position of the device. One of the Cardan joints has a bifurcate or bell-shaped drive element connected with a drive shaft (2) in rotationally fixed manner.
