PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent generation of damage to a surface of a thin film sealing layer when reworking a polarization film. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(300) is located on a substrate(100). A thin film sealing layer(400) seals the organic light emitting device. A phase retardation layer(500) is located on the thin film sealing layer. The phase retardation layer adheres to the thin film sealing layer. A polarizing film(600) has smaller width than the phase retardation layer.
