摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vapor from being discharged into the atmospheric air by operating or stopping a desorption process corresponding to a pressure inside a tank. <P>SOLUTION: The vapor recovery apparatus 20 is provided with a vapor recovery pipe 80, an adsorption tank 100 filled with a sorbent medium 90, an exhaust valve 114 communicated with the exhaust port 102 of the adsorption tank 100, a three-way valve 120 communicated with the air supply port 104 of the adsorption tank 100, and a reflux pipe 130 for making fuel components desorbed in the adsorption tank 100 flow back to an underground tank 10. A ventilation pipe 60 communicated with the upper space 12 of the underground tank 10 is provided with a pressure sensor 62 for detecting the pressure inside the tank. When desorbing the fuel components adsorbed in the adsorption tank 100, a controller 150 starts the operation of a suction pump 60 when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 62 becomes lower than a set pressure set beforehand, and stops the operation of the suction pump 60 when the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 62 becomes equal to or higher than the set pressure set beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
