摘要 <p>The device for introducing grooves or slots spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction in a material web moved into the longitudinal direction using a laser beam, comprises a laser beam source (2) for producing a continuous laser beam and a deflection mirror (4) arranged around an axis of rotation, a focusing optics (14) for focusing the laser beam reflected by a first mirror surface (6) on the material web, and an equipment, where the deflection mirror is displaced into a rotating direction with the first mirror surface. The device for introducing grooves or slots spaced apart from one another in a longitudinal direction in a material web moved into the longitudinal direction using a laser beam, comprises a laser beam source (2) for producing a continuous laser beam and a deflection mirror (4) arranged around an axis of rotation, a focusing optics (14) for focusing the laser beam reflected by a first mirror surface (6) on the material web, and an equipment, where the deflection mirror is displaced into a rotating direction with the first mirror surface, whose line of intersection with a sectional plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation forms an arc around the axis of rotational and an arc angle varies in dependence of an axial position of the sectional plane. The arc angle deflects the laser beam in a first direction and/or a second mirror surface (8), which deflects the laser beam into a second direction deviating from the arc angle to an absorber. The first and second mirror surfaces directly border to each other. The arc angle of the first mirror surface steadily decreases in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation. The second mirror surface is oriented to the axis of rotation in a flat and oblique manner. The deflecting mirrors comprise the first mirror surfaces (6), and form itself between the second mirror surfaces. The focusing optics comprises a toroidal lens. An acousto-optical modulator is arranged itself in a beam path of the laser beam reflected for spreading the deflection mirror or from the first mirror surface. The laser beam produced by the laser beam source is focused in a first focus in which the first mirror surface is arranged. A collimating optics (12) are arranged downstream at the first surface mirror. A pivotable deflecting mirror and a rotatable polygon mirror arranged in the rotational axis parallel to the longitudinal direction are provided between the collimating optics and the focusing optics. The deflection mirrors are arranged spaced apart from each other on a common shaft, and are directed on the each deflection mirror of the laser beam. A diffractive optical element for producing a multiple beam is arranged into the beam path of the laser beam reflected by the mirror surface. The equipment is provided for controlling a laser power and a rotational speed of the deflection mirror depending to a velocity of the material web.</p>
