PURPOSE: A bed fall preventing device, a preventing method thereof, and a data obtaining method therefor are provided to accurately and quickly determine a bed fall risk of a patient based on a moving speed and a position of the center of gravity. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(110) measures the weight of a patient. A converter unit(130) converts an analog signal of the sensor unit into a digital signal within preset signal processing scope. A control unit(140) calculates the weight of the patient, a position of the center of gravity, and a moving speed. The control unit determines a fall risk from the position of the center of gravity and the moving speed. A resolution adjustment unit(150) adjusts the precision of the sensor unit by reducing the signal processing scope of the converter unit based on the weight of the patient.
