<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption and the cost in comparison with a configuration requiring two compression circuits and to improve the flexibility in setting of a frame rate of distribution in comparison with a configuration wherein image compression means are operated in time division or compressed image data is thinned. <P>SOLUTION: An image compression processing part 102 takes a common multiple cm(X, Y) of a frame rate Y of recording and a frame rate X of distribution, as a compression frame rate to compress an input image signal. A thinning processing part 103b thins a compressed image signal outputted from the image compression part 102, with a thinning rate expressed by X/cm(X, Y) to obtain image data having the frame rate X and transmits this image data from an NIC 105 to a network 203. A thinning processing part 103a thins the compressed image signal outputted from the image compression part 102, with a thinning rate expressed by Y/cm(X, Y) to obtain image data having the frame rate Y and stores this image data into an HDD 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
