The rheological measuring system has an extrusion device (10) for accommodating a sample (21) and for delivering the sample to a collecting region through a nozzle (50). A flow velocity measuring device is provided for determining a flow velocity, at which the extrusion device delivers the sample through the nozzle. A force measuring device (15) determines a force necessary to discharge the sample through the nozzle. A computing unit controls the extrusion device in such a manner that the sample is discharged at constant flow velocity over a specified time period. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for determining viscosity value, particularly by rheological measuring system; and (2) a computer-readable medium with instructions for execution on a computing unit.
