The operating room lamp (1) has a main reflector (2), where a lamp carrier (3) is aligned concentric to an optical axis (A) of the lamp. A light medium is arranged in a light entry opening, where a light exit opening is arranged inclined with respect to the optical axis. A reflection surface is designed, such that a light of the light medium is reflectable in the visible spectral region in a selected range of angles to the main reflector.
