PURPOSE: Curcuma longa and onion juice using alkaline reduced water and Curcuma longa, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant amount of minerals in the juice to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Curcuma longa and onion juice using alkaline reduced water and Curcuma longa comprises the following steps: mixing 6wt% of alkaline reduced water, 93wt% of onions cut in half, 0.7wt% of fresh Curcuma longa cut into 2-3mm, and 0.3wt% of Glycyrrhizae radix, and double-boiling the mixture at 100-105 deg. C for 2-3 hours; and removing the residues from the boiled mixture using a juice-compressor, and extracting the Curcuma longa and onion juice.
