PURPOSE: A portable terminal charger is provided to supply a charging plug which is inserted inside a case and to prevent twist of a power line. CONSTITUTION: One end of a power line(120) is connected to a charging plug(110). The other end of the power line is connected to a charging circuit part. A cover(140) is installed on the top of a case(130). A power plug(150) is inserted inside and outside of the case. A fixing protrusion(131) is formed on the top of the case.
