PURPOSE: An organic electric field light emitting device is provided to increase light emitting efficiency by using a transparent cathode electrode without applying a resonance structure. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device includes an anode electrode(61), an organic layer(63), and a cathode electrode(62). The organic layer is formed on the anode electrode. The organic layer includes an EML(Emission Layer). The cathode electrode is formed on the organic layer. The light emitted from the light emitting layer transmits the cathode electrode. The cathode electrode has respectively different thickness in a first area and a second area.
