A pharmaceutical formulation is described such as a swallow table comprising as intragranular components paracetamol in an amount ranging from about 60.0 to about 80.0% by weight of the composition, calcium carbonate in an amount ranging from about 5.0 to about 20.0% by weight of the composition, at least one binding agent is pregelatinized starch in an amount ranging from about 5.0 to about 20.0% by weight of the composition and at least one disintegrating agent and further comprising one or more extragranular components. Besides, a pharmaceutical granulate is disclosed for use in manufacturing paracetamol tablet according to the invention, a process for preparing thereof and use thereof. |
