PURPOSE: An upper infusion type tea pot is provided to control the amount of fluid according to the kind of tea and to improve the quality of tea by controlling the temperature of the fluid. CONSTITUTION: An upper infusion type tea pot comprises a housing(10), a main body member(20), a tray(30), a nozzle(40), a reservoir(50), a pump(60), a discharge control valve(70), and a heating member. The housing is formed in the shape of a hollow case and has a predetermined thickness. The main body member is placed inside the housing and is rounded. The tray is formed in the shape of a container capable of containing articles. The nozzle is placed inside the body. The reservoir is formed to be closed to receive fluid.
