PURPOSE: A method for generating a diagnosis image, an apparatus performing the same, a diagnosis system, and a medical image system are provided to reduce the amount of operation while securing the performance of a diagnosis image. CONSTITUTION: A beam forming coefficient calculating unit(110) calculates beamforming coefficient which is commonly used for a plurality of low resolution images. A low resolution image synthesis unit(120) synthesizes a plurality of the low resolution images. A high resolution image synthesis unit(130) synthesizes a high resolution image by using a plurality of the synthesizes low resolution images.
