摘要

PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a doping layer by replacing a p type semiconductor layer with an oxide layer and an n type semiconductor with a rear electrode layer made of LiF/Al. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode layer(120) is formed on a substrate. An oxide layer(130) is formed on the front electrode layer and is made of materials selected among MoO3, WO3, V2O5, and CrO3. A light absorption layer(140) is formed on the oxide layer. A rear electrode layer(150) is formed on the light absorption layer.
