PURPOSE: An interface constructing system and a method thereof by using a web technology are provided to control a remote device and obtain information without installing software. CONSTITUTION: A collecting module(103) is included in a remote device and collects data about a state of the remote device. A communication module(106) is included in the remote device and performs communication with a web server. A operating module(109) operates, stores, and displays data transmitted from the communication module. A processing module(115) transmits data operated by the operating module. A controlling module processes data transmitted to the communication module by a controlling terminal.
