A ceiling type air conditioner and an assembling structure thereof are provided to prevent the leakage of cool air via a gap between a drain pan and a casing and simplify the assembling and disassembling therebetween. A drain pan(40) supports a heat exchanger(30) mounted in a casing(10) and receives condensed water, wherein the drain pan covers a rim part of the casing. The rim part of the casing is inserted into a front end(41) of the drain pan. |
