PURPOSE: A high efficiency heat exchanger with an inlet guide plate is provided to improve the heat exchange performance of air current by spreading high temperature and pressure air current in a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency heat exchanger with an inlet guide plate comprises a shell(10), a plurality of tubes, and a guide plate member. The shell comprises a first fluid inlet(12), a first fluid outlet, a second fluid inlet, and a second fluid outlet. The first fluid inlet sucks first high temperature and pressure fluid. The second fluid inlet sucks second high temperature and pressure fluid. The tubes are placed in the shell. One side of the tube is connected to the second fluid inlet, and the other side is connected to the second fluid outlet. The tube decrease the temperature of the first fluid flowing through the shell by guiding the second fluid. The guide plate member(30) is placed on the inner side of the first fluid inlet to be inclined. The guide plate member distributes the first fluid in order that the fluid evenly contact with the tubes. Each tube comprises a plurality of fins. |
