摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of core and shell nano-wires having nano-structure and a solar cell or nano-device including the same are provided to improve current intensity of the solar cell and nano-device by forming ZnSe as a shell on the core. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of core and shell nano-wires having nano-structure repeats the following two deposition processes 10-60 times: dipping a ZnO nano-wire in a sodium selenosulfate solution; re-dipping the ZnO nano-wire in a zinc solution. The zinc solution is a zinc nitrate hexa hydrate solution, a sulfate zinc heptahydrate solution or a zinc acetate solution. The concentration of the zinc solution and sodium selenosulfate solution are respectively 0.001-0.003M. The core and shell nano-wire of the ZnO and ZnSe is included in the solar cell or the nano-device.
