PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the loss of a light by using a light scattering type auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(103) and a second electrode(109) are separated on a substrate(101). A light emitting layer(108) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A sub electrode(105) is formed on the first electrode. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode. The auxiliary electrode is covered by an insulating layer(106).
