PURPOSE: A common voltage driver and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to implement the reversal of VCOM by sharing a gate start signal without a special common clock signal. CONSTITUTION: A common voltage driver(140) includes switching elements(M1-M6) and a capacitor(C). The first and second switching elements are simultaneously turned-on by a gate start signal. The first and the second switching elements transmit the gate start signal to fourth and fifth switching elements. The third switching element outputs a high common voltage as a common voltage output. The sixth switching element outputs a low common voltage as a common voltage output.
