HOT-AIR FLOW CONTROLLER OF ROTARY DRIER

PURPOSE: A hot air flow controlling conduct in a rotary hot air drying apparatus is provided to improve drying efficiency by expanding the contact area of dried materials and hot air. CONSTITUTION: A hot air flow controlling conduct in a rotary hot air drying apparatus(100) comprises a cylinder-shaped rotating body(2), plural paddles(10), and plural resistance plates(20, 22). A dried material discharge hole and a hot air discharge hole are formed in one side of the cylinder-shaped rotating body. The plural paddles are arranged in the inner wall of the cylinder-shaped rotating body. The plural paddles scoops up the dried materials. The resistance plates forms the flow(F1) of the hot air flowing from the hot air inlet port to the hot air outlet port into vortex and turbulence.
