HUMANIZED ANTI-EMAPII ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A humanized anti-EMAPII anti body is provided to have identical or enhance antigen combining ability and to show reduced immunogenicity and increased half life. CONSTITUTION: A humanized anti-EMAPII(endotherial monocyte activating polypeptide II) anti body comprises a light chain variable domain having amino acid sequence described in the sequence number 12(SEQ ID NO:12)-18 and a heavy chain variable domain having amino acid sequence described in the sequence number 20-26. The humanized anti-EMAPII additionally includes human lgG1 originated constant domain. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating TNF- A mediated disorder or Alzheimer disease includes the humanized anti-EMAPII. An EMAPII quantitative kit includes the humanized anti-EMAPII antibody. A recombinant vector comprises nucleic acid molecule which codes the light chain variable domain having the amino acid sequence described in the sequence number 12-18, and the nucleic acid molecule which codes the heavy chain variable domain having the amino acid sequence described in the sequence number 20-26.
