PURPOSE: A battery residual voltage discharge device is provided to efficiently reduce discharge time of a residual voltage without increasing the amount of female current. CONSTITUTION: A reverse connection preventing part(30) transfers power of a battery to a main circuit part(20) according to a connection state of the battery. If the battery is detached, a switch is turned on. A discharging resistor(R) is arranged between the switch and a ground.
