PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of recycled aggregate using fracturing and foreign material exfoliation is provided to primary and secondary exfoliate foreign materials attached to fine aggregate, thereby manufacturing high purity circulation aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of recycled aggregate using fracturing and foreign material exfoliation comprises an exfoliating tank(10), exfoliating rods(20) and an air spraying tool(30). The fracturing and exfoliating tank are in a container structure and provides a space for pulverizing fine aggregates and exfoliating foreign materials. The exfoliating rod is installed inside the exfoliating tank. The exfoliating rod pulverizes the fine aggregate by physical impact and exfoliates foreign materials on the surface of the fine aggregate. The exfoliating rod scatters the exfoliated fly on the fine aggregate by spraying air inside the exfoliating tank and exfoliates foreign materials on the surface of the aggregate. The air spray tool comprises a compressor, an air supply pipe and an air nozzle.
