The inventive result is aimed at improving quality of cocktails and beverages prepared from oxygen-saturated water and syrup and at simplifying production process. As a result a syrup is prepared comprising the syrup per 1000.0 dm: fructose – 311.1-331.1 kg, citric acid – 19.5-29.5 kg, concentrated grape juice – 772.7-832.7 kg, food gelatin – 7.80-17.80 kg, extract of licorice root – 42.0-52.0 dm, drinking water - remaining. The second embodiment of the syrup comprises the syrup per 1000.0 dm: fructose – 256.6-296.6 kg, concentrated cherry juice - 859-919.0 kg, food gelatin – 6.01-16.01 kg, extract of licorice root – 36.2-46.2 dm, drinking water - remaining. The third embodiment of the syrup comprises the syrup per 1000.0 dm: fructose – 316.2-346.2 kg, food citric acid – 31.6-41.6 kg, concentrated pear juice – 749.8-829.8 kg, food gelatin – 8.4-18.4 kg, extract of licorice root – 44.4-54.4 dm, drinking water - remaining. The fourth embodiment of the syrup comprises the syrup per 1000.0 dm: fructose – 426.8-526.8 kg, food citric acid – 22.3-32.3 kg, concentrate based on brier extract – 546.0-646.0 kg, food gelatin – 14.1-24.1 kg, extract of licorice root – 60.0-80.0 dm, drinking water - remaining. The fifth embodiment of the syrup comprises the syrup per 1000.0 dm: fructose – 340.5-380.5 kg, concentrated apple juice – 722.5-822.5 kg, food gelatin – 4.0-14.0 kg, extract of licorice root – 43.0-63.0 dm, drinking water - remaining.
