PURPOSE: A hand wheel device for a plotting instrument with a keypad is provided to minimize a moving path of hands of a person who operates the plotting instrument. CONSTITUTION: A hand wheel(100) includes a lever(120). A stereo image moves to an X-axis or a Y-axis according to rotation of the hand wheel. A keypad is installed in the center unit of the hand wheel. A function of a drawing program is selected through a plurality of buttons in the keypad. The stereo image is moved to a Z-axis when the lever is pressed and turned.
