PURPOSE: A hammer for a grinder is provided to effectively grind grinding target objects by maintaining impact characteristic for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A body unit(101) is projected according to the diameter direction of a rotor(30). A blade unit(102) is formed at the front end of the body unit. The blade unit is rotated with the body unit. The blade unit provides impact force to grinded objects. A plurality of impact blades(121,122) is formed from end unit of the blade unit to the front unit of the blade unit according to a width direction. The end unit of the blade unit is cut in a predetermined section according to a length direction. The inner end of a cut section locates on the abrasion line of the blade unit.
