PURPOSE: An extension single cable structure for a welding device with a safety device is provided to enable simple maintenance without replacing the entire grip part in case of short-circuit and overload current flowing in an extension single cable during welding. CONSTITUTION: An extension single cable structure for a welding device with a safety device comprises a first connection unit(110) and a second connection unit(120). The first connection unit includes a grip part(122) which is connected to a main feeder and accommodates a fuse connected to a power line and a fuse case supporting the fuse. The second connection unit includes a grip part connected to an extension feeder. Each grip part comprises a receiving part(122a) and a cover(122b) detachably coupled with the receiving part.
