PURPOSE: A double-action multistage pneumatic cylinder is provided to manufacture a double-action multistage pneumatic cylinder with a simple configuration due to no needs installing a complex pipe in the inside of the cylinder because a section in which a piston rod of a main cylinder moves is determined by an auxiliary pneumatic cylinder of a main cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A double-action multistage pneumatic cylinder comprises a piston rod(22), a first input-output port, a second input-output port, a main cylinder(10), and an auxiliary pneumatic cylinder(2). The first and second input/output ports are formed in both end parts of the cylinder. The pneumatic is input and output through the first and second input-output ports. The auxiliary pneumatic cylinder is installed in the outer circumference of the main cylinder between the first and second input-output ports. The piston rod of the auxiliary pneumatic cylinder is drawn into and out of the inside of the main cylinder.
