PURPOSE: A shipbuilding supplier relationship management server system and a supplier relationship management method thereof are provided to relate levels of cooperative firms and a feature of a procurement item and establish customized level improving strategies according to each of the cooperative firms, thereby improving competitiveness and rearing the cooperative firms. CONSTITUTION: A basic information managing unit(110) manages basic information related to ship materials for analyzing a procurement feature and the basic information related to a diagnosis of cooperative firms. A procurement feature analyzing unit(120) analyzes the procurement features according to each sourcing group based on the basic information related to the ship materials. A cooperative firm level diagnosing unit(130) diagnoses the levels of each of the cooperative firms based on the basic information related to the diagnosis of the cooperative firms.
