PURPOSE: A cam operation closing and opening type electric damper is provided to guarantee the seal property and air thightness of headwind inflow. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical tube(100) includes an inlet hole(110) and an exhaust hole(120). A flapper(200) is combined with a partition wall(130) including an aperture(130) using a hinge(210). A synchronous motor(300) is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical tube. The flapper combines with a permanent magnet(220).
