PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a heat exchanger is provided to simplify the manufacture of a heat exchanger by removing a process for forming holes in fins. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a heat exchanger comprises a tube supporting unit(100) supporting a plurality of tubes(T), a fin suction unit(200) which picks up fins by suction and locates the fins above the tubes, and a fin pressing unit(300) which moves downward with the fins picked up by the fin suction unit and presses the fins to be laminated on the tubes. The fin pressing unit is located between the fin suction unit and the fins and moves downward with the fins by their weight.
