PURPOSE: A filtering material for a bag filter is provided to function as a filter for a dust collecting apparatus such as a plant. CONSTITUTION: A filtering material for a bag filter is composed of a base layer(10), an arranging type nano-fiber layer(20), and a bonding member. The arranging type nano-fiber layer is made of arranging type nano-fiber. A conductive member(24) is attached to the arranging type nano-fiber layer. The base layer is bonded with the arranging type nano-fiber layer using the bonding member. The melting points of materials respectively for the base layer, the bonding member, and the arranging type nano-fiber layer are represented by T1, T2, and T3. T2 is more than T1, and T3 is more than t2.
