PURPOSE: A water transporting device is provided to mount a top buoyancy unit providing additional buoyancy to a water transporting device separately with a main buoyancy unit and to a weighted part providing restoring force making the keeled water transporting device stand to the lower part of the water transporting device, thereby rapidly returning the water transporting device to a normal position even though the water transporting device is keeled in driving. CONSTITUTION: A water transporting device comprises main buoyancy units(110,120), a top buoyancy unit(160), and a weighted unit(170). The main buoyancy units are arranged in the lower part of a water transporting device, thereby providing buoyancy to the water transporting device. The top buoyancy unit is arranged in the upper part of the water transporting device, thereby providing the additional buoyancy to the water transporting device when the water transporting device is keeled. The weighted unit is arranged in the lower part of the water transporting device, thereby providing restoring force making the keeled water transporting device stand.
