PURPOSE: A data transmission apparatus, reception apparatus, and data communication system are provided to transmit data without reducing the function of lightings using visible light. CONSTITUTION: A light emission unit(150) includes a plurality of optical sources. The plurality of the optical sources transmits the optical signal of a visible light area. A storage unit(130) stores binary data. A control unit(170) selects a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) or an analog dimming method in the pre-set time corresponding to the binary data stored in the storage unit. The control unit controls the optical source using the selected diming method.
