DIE-CASTING DIE

PURPOSE: A die casting mold is provided to facilitate controlling the cross section of a runner and maintain a changed cross section of the runner. CONSTITUTION: A die casting mold(100) comprises a fixed mold(10) and a movable mold(20). The fixed mold has a through hole including a guide hole opened to a first side for connection to a runner and a screw hole(18) with female threads connected to the guide hole and opened to a second side. One end of a screw member is connected to a linear moving body and allowed to rotate, not to move in a first direction, while the other end is exposed to the second side of the fixed mold through the screw hole. A sensor measures one or more of flow rate or flow pressure of molten metal in the runner at the position where one end of the linear moving body is arranged.
