摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing spherical iron powder are provided to induce negative charge at the surface of iron precursor using dispersant and reduce the iron precursor using NaBH4(Sodium Borohydride), thereby obtaining pure spherical iron powder with superior dispersibility. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing spherical iron powder with superior dispersion characteristics comprises the steps of: mixing 0.8-1.2g/L of iron precursor including FeCl3(Iron(III) Chloride) solution into 100mg/L of a dispersing agent including Na4P2O7(Sodium Pyrophosphate) solution to prepare iron slurry mixed solution(S210), inserting a reducing agent into the iron slurry mixed solution at 1-5ml/min and stirring and reducing the iron slurry mixed solution(S220), filtering iron precipitate settled by the reduction reaction and washing the iron precipitate with washing solution(S230), and drying the iron precipitate to obtain iron powder(S240).
