PURPOSE: A belt housing for a blocking bar and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably extend the service life of a blocking bar by securely fixing a protrusion to the belt housing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a belt housing for a blocking bar is as follows. A pipe-shaped body(100) is formed by cutting a stainless steel pipe in a specific length. A vertical belt passage(200) is formed on the outer surface of the body. Reinforcement plates(700) are attached to the inner surface of the body. Protrusion coupling holes are formed on the outer surface of the body. Upper cover coupling holes are formed on the top edge of the body, and fastener coupling holes are formed on the bottom edge thereof. The outer surface of the body and the inner edge of the belt passage are grinded. Protrusions are riveted to the protrusion coupling holes. The outer surfaces of the protrusions are inclinedly grinded to have a sharp tip.
