PURPOSE: An artificial disk for TLIF(Transforaminal Lumbar Inter-body Fusion) and assembly therefor are provided to rotate an artificial disk at an angle of ninety by inserting the artificial disk into the space of a backbone. CONSTITUTION: An artificial disk(100) includes a main body(110) and a fastening unit(120). The main body includes a cut groove and a through hole. The fastening unit includes a guide protrusion. The guide protrusion is hung at the guide groove of the main body. A first insertion tool(200) includes a fastening rod(210) and a handle(220). A second insertion tool(300) includes a supporting rod(310) and a handle(320).
