摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of chemically-tempered glass with improved anti-shock strength is provided to prevent manufacturing method of chemically-tempered glass with improved anti-shock strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of chemically-tempered glass with improved anti-shock strength previously processes the chemical process before a salt bath strengthening process. The pre-chemical process comprises the following steps: removing foreign materials on the glass surface by processing the glass with an alkaline aqueous solution; removing and performing pre-etching for the residual foreign materials by treating the glass with an acidic aqueous solution; treating the glass with the oxidation acidic aqueous solution; and removing the residual acid. The alkaline degreasing solution composition of the first step comprises 15-30 wt% of alkali metal hydroxide, 1.0-10 wt% of hydrazine or formic acid, 3.0-10 wt% of sorbitol, 1.0-5.0 wt% of gluconic acid, 1.0-5.0wt% of cationic surface active agent, and 50-80 wt% of water. A first etchant composition of the second step comprises 10-30 wt% of sulfuric acid, 20-40 wt% of ammonium fluoride, 1-10 wt% of lead hydrofluoric acid, 15-30 wt% of nitric acid, 0.5-5 wt% of phosphoric acid, 0.1-1.0 wt% of cationic surface active agent and 30-60 wt% of water.
